Here's a clip of CBSSports.com sportscaster Lauren Shehadi interviewing columnists Pete Prisco and Clark Judge at Media Day. In it, Prisco and Judge give their takes on yesterday's proceedings as well as some thoughts on the upcoming game itself.
And here's a picture of Lauren interviewing a Hello Kitty backpack at Media Day.
Personally, the backpack was more insightful.
Haha... Just kidding. Don't want to ruffle any feathers.
I heard Hello Kitty once killed a man using nothing more than a spoon and one of them old Beta tapes when the guy gave it a dirty look after it cut him off in traffic. A story like that's gotta be true!

In case you missed it, this year's Super Bowl Media Day was the most banal yet!
No one wearing dog collars. No one proposing marriage to any player. No one dressed in drag. There was, however, a guy holding a sign telling Saints players he needed to pee. Sgt. Floyd Pepper from the Muppets apparently made an appearance. Oh and look! Indianapolis practice squad quarterback Drew Willy! Being interviewed by someone from the Jay Leno Show! Oh the hilarity that will certainly ensue!
There was also a Telemundo anchor wearing wings wandering the premises and asking Colts players to put on a cowboy hat and buck like a bronco. Because these guys play for a team named after a horse, you see. Oh and there was another Telemundo guy with a puppet. But everyone pretty much ignored him, so no one knows what that was about.
You can see a quick mashup video of the zany wacky high jinks here.
Here are the highlights from the video:
Hard to believe this sort of thing goes on at Media Day. Even harder to believe: I just wrote the words "Colts reserve defensive end Ervin Baldwin rocking the Heisman pose with his Entertainment Tonight Super Bowl Idol award." This is compelling journalism at it's finest, people!

The big news coming out of Media Day so far is, not surprisingly, Dwight Freeney's ankle.
"Hopefully, towards the end of the week it starts to get better," Freeney said at Tuesday's media day. "The decision will come later on in the week. It's kind of early now."
"The competitor in me says they'll never stop me from being on the field. There's some pain there definitely with throwing everything at it, all types of techniques to find the best thing to get this thing as good as possible. You name it, I've probably done it."
Freeney walked up to his Media Day podium wearing sandals, and it was like someone had removed a curtain to unveil the world's first unicorn in captivity. Flashbulbs and camera crews maniacally focused on Freeney's right foot.
And this just in: it's still not healed.
This story ain't going away. But you can go here to see the man himself talk about The Ankle.
